Who we are?

A slightly wicked, distasteful and down right dirty sports blog that is read by thousands daily.

Do you have a way with words? Do you love writing? At Fucked Sports you will have a chance to share your skills with the world -- come inspire us! Honestly, we could give a fuck less about you inspiring us, our readers, or Don King. We simply want you to find the funniest, most embarassing, and down right demoralizing stories about sports athletes before anyone else gets their hands on them. We want you to have a sense of humor, be at least 5'6" tall, 8" long, and have chest hair. We are a equal opportunity employer, and have hold no discretion over sex, age or race as long as you meet our qualifications.

What do we do?

If someone is in trouble, if a player is involved in charges of any criminal or civil nature, if Mike Price is caught with a stripper, if Kobe Bryant is arrested, fucked sports is there first, exploiting every situation with a disregard to codes of taste, ethics and public responsibility.

Intrested?

Alabama Fan Gone Wild

A man upset over Alabama's double overtime loss to Arkansas, held a gun to his son's head and pulled the trigger shortly after Saturday's game ended, authorities said.

"I know we take football serious in the South," sheriff's spokesman Deputy Randy Christian said, "but that's crossing the line."

According to a Jefferson County sheriff's report, Joseph Alan Logan had been drinking alcohol and was furious with Alabama's 34-31 loss to Arkansas. He began slamming doors, tossing boxes and throwing dishes in the sink. In the middle of that tantrum, his son Seth Logan broached the subject of a new car.

The father went to his car and returned with a 9 mm pistol, the report said. He grabbed his son by the collar, put the gun in the middle of Seth Logan's forehead and said he was "going to blow your (expletive) brains out," according to the report.

Seth Logan moved his head just as his father fired and the bullet narrowly missed him.

Willie Williams Excellent Adventure

This might be one of the most fucked stories we've seen in a while: Willie Williams, the highly recruited linebacker from Miami Carol City High, had three sworn complaints filed against him after his official recruiting visit to Florida last weekend.

  • The first incident occurred at Friday night in the Reitz Union on campus. According to the UPD report, a female student waiting in the elevator lobby heard someone say, "Damn, you're good looking." As she turned to look, a black man approached her, grabbing and hugging her from the front. The female told the person he was being disrespectful, to which he replied, "Who do you think you are? You're a dime a dozen."

On Sunday, the female student identified Williams from a photo lineup, a sworn complaint for battery was filed and a trespass warrant was issued to Williams for all of campus that went into effect at the end of his recruiting visit.

Williams told police on Saturday night "that is how they do things down in Miami," according to the UPD report.

  • In the second alleged incident, a witness told an officer that she saw two large black men running through the hall at the Hilton Conference Center about 4 a.m. Saturday, and that one was discharging the fire extinguishers .

According to the UPD report, Williams acknowledged he discharged the extinguishers and was issued a sworn complaint for preventing or obstructing fire extinguishment, which is a felony.

  • The third alleged incident occurred early Saturday morning at the Royal Blue Night Club on NW 13th St. According to the GPD report, Akeem Thompson of Gainesville said someone began punching him for no apparent reason.

Williams was interviewed at UPD and admitted hitting the victim. He was also identified by the victim and a witness from a photo lineup and a sworn complaint was issued for battery.

On Wednesday, Williams signed with Miami.

Asked if there was anything he would have done differently concerning Williams, Florida coach Ron Zook said, "Yeah, not bring him in." DOH!
